Cancelation Policy: There is a $50 cancellation fee for all reservations up to 14 days prior to your arrival. All cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeit of the reservation deposit and are non-refundable.
Conditions of stay: A two night stay is required on Friday & Saturdays evenings. Three or four night stay is required for holiday weekends. A one night stay requires a full one night deposit of room and tax. Presentation of the credit card is required at check-in. Master Card, Visa & American Express are all accepted. Taxes are not included in room rates. and will be added to your final invoice.

FAQs
What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
Is there an ATM? There is an ATM next to the Front Desk.
Is there a shuttle service? No services are available, taxis are always near the ferry landings
How far is the hotel from the ferry? Old Harbor (Point Judith, RI or New London Ferries): Approximately a 5-7 minute walk. Please be advised we do sit on top of a hill, which means that the walk does have an incline. There are taxis at the dock for your convenience.
New Harbor (Montauk Ferry): This would be a two-mile walk. There are taxies at the dock for your convenience.
How far is the hotel from town? Center of town where the majority of restaurants and stores are located within Old Harbor, which we are a quick 5-7 minute walk from. However, please be advised we do sit on top of a hill, which requires walking up or down an incline. Taxies are available at your convenience
Is the hotel close to the beach? The closest beach, “Pebbly Beach,” is located in front of our hotel and is accessed by walking down a small bluff. The closest family friendly beaches within walking distance are “Baby Beach” (10 minute walk) or “State Beach” (offers life guards life guards and is 15 minute walk).
How old is the hotel? 170 years old.
Does the hotel have an elevator? Unfortunately our hotel is unable to accommodate elevator access. Please notify a Front Desk attendant at time of making reservation of your concerns regarding stairs and we will try to place you in the most accommodating location. The front desk is happy to help you with bringing luggage to and from your room.
Coffee makers in rooms? Our rooms come equipped with self-serve coffee makers, however, coffee is also available for purchase at our Phone Booth Cafe located in our lobby from 7-11am.
Are there fridges in the rooms? Fridges are not included in the hotel rooms, but we can sometimes accommodate upon advanced request.
Is personal alcohol allowed? No personal alcohol is permitted any where in the common areas of the hotel.
How many people are allowed to stay in the rooms? Our standard rooms are a two adult maximum and our suites are a four adult maximum. Our double rooms sleeps five adults.
Are there cots available? We do have twin sized mattresses that are available for children 13 and under.
Are there cribs available? We do offer pack and plays for families with a toddler.
Is there room service? There is no room service available, however, the Veranda Café or Bistro in the main hotel do service take-out. In addition, the Front Desk located in the main hotel is always available for any questions or concerns.
Is there a pool or spa? We do not have a pool or a spa located on our property. The Front Desk attendants will be able to advise to spas or beaches that best fit your needs.
Are there blow-dryers? Yes, every room has a blow-dryer. It can be found on the on the back of the bathroom door.
