Standard Gift Package Details

• Offer valid for purchases made online between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM on December 2nd 2024.
• Phone orders from 9am-5pm only.
• Only to be purchased online or by phone.
• Gift Cards may be purchased in $100, $200, $250, $300 or $500 denominations. They must equal $1,500 dollars exactly.
• A $5.00 shipping and handling fee will be applied to every order. Standard mail delivery (5-7 business days – included).
• Purchases will be deducted from the purchase amount until the value is $0.00.
• Gift cards can be applied to an outstanding balance.
• Gift cards cannot be used toward initial deposit.
• Gift cards cannot be used for private events such as wedding, or any other private event. Including facility fees, food and beverage, or anything else contained within said event.
• Gift cards cannot be held on property for guests prior to arrival.
• The cards or card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Gift cards cannot be used for stays at the Spring House rental homes, Seawinds townhomes.
• ONLY ONE PACKAGE PER PERSON.

Complimentary Stay Details

• An overnight card voucher will be sent to the purchaser along with the gift cards ordered online within 4-7 business days.
• Credit card is required for initial deposit.
• The Spring House Hotel voucher is valid for overnight stays within our “Shoulder Season” Rate period which is Before Monday of Memorial Day and after Monday of Labor Day.
• Not applicable on Fridays or Saturdays.
• Based on availability and standard room type at time of booking.
• Must have a card in person to redeem at the time of check-out.
• Applied to lowest rate night of stay.
• Please notify the Spring House upon booking that you intend to use a free night stay card so it is noted in the reservation.
• Excludes nationally recognized holidays and special events.
• Based on availability and standard room type.
• Complimentary one night stay cards must be booked over the phone.
• Limit of one (1) complimentary night stay At The Spring House Hotel per reservation.
• Gift cards cannot be held on property for guests prior to arrival.
• Limit of two (2) guests per room.
• Purchases will be deducted from the purchase amount until the value is $0.00.
• Gift cards cannot be used for stays at the Barn Apartments, Spring House Commons OR Seawinds Town Homes.
• Cannot be used as gratuity.
• Gift cards can be used at the Spring House Hotel restaurants, including The Barn restaurant.
