Spring House Commons, our seaside cottages with exceptional ocean views, offer accommodations for guests desiring longer stays and more privacy. The spacious accommodations include three bedrooms, three full baths, living room, dining room, washer and dryer, a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances, and private veranda. The cottages are available on a weekly rental basis and are located beyond our hotel on the Spring House grounds.

RATES FOR SPRING HOUSE COMMONS
- Off Season Rate: $2300.00/week or $600.00 per night with a 3 night minimum (includes taxes)
- High Season Rate: $3,500.00 - 4,000.00 per week (includes taxes)
- Daily cleaning is available for $100.00 per day
- One of our houses is pet friendly - please inquire
